Social Sundays
To build upon the huge success and popularity of our Feasting Menu (which is normally only available in our Wild Boar, private dining room), we have decided to offer separate menus for lunch and dinner on a Sunday.
So welcome to “Social Sunday” Lunch and ‘Social Sunday’ Dinner.
Social Sunday Lunch
For a minimum of two guests, the Social Sunday lunch at £59 per person consists of all the following wonderful sharing dishes :
6 kinds of nibbles : smoked cod’s roe tartlets, nocellara olives, sourdough focaccia, fen farm butter, anchovy butter, chicken & duck liver parfait, ‘nduja arancini, lardo di colonnata, pickled walnut
The main event – 40-day aged rare breed beef, 60-day aged pork, bone marrow gravy, cauliflower cheese, dripping roasties, roasted roots, seasonal greens, ox cheek stuffed yorkshire pudding
With sticky date pudding to finish.
There are also two cocktail specials for £8 each – bloody marys & margaritas
Social Sunday Dinner
For a minimum of two guests, the Social Sunday dinner at £49 per person consists of all the following wonderful sharing dishes :
6 kinds of nibbles : smoked cod’s roe tartlets, nocellara olives, sourdough focaccia, fen farm butter, anchovy butter, chicken & duck liver parfait, ‘nduja arancini, lardo di colonnata, pickled walnut
The main event – 40-day aged rare breed beef, 60-day aged pork, bone marrow sauce, guanciale dressing, garlic hollandaise, parmesan chips, dripping chips, ‘nduja mac cheese, chicory, walnut salad, caesar salad
With our famous Unruly affogato to finish.
